WebbHere's my palliative solution: use sim Blender to teleport your sim on a residential lot. Put the community lot in the bin and back in the neighbourhood if possible (you may have to re-buy it and it might be reset to level 0). Now this won't help with the source of the problem, that is the game freezing.
