WebSir, My fathers Gratuity was not paid by the employer, after filing a case at Asst labour Commissioner we got the ORDER passed by the Concerned authority. But the employer is still failed to pay the Gratuity amount even after lapse of 8 months. Please guide me in this regard what are the legal rights and procedure for my father to get the Ordered amount. Webalmost the same as the contract of service at job orders in the Philippines.
