I say this as an impatient person who has dumped people's nice clean washing on a nice dusty shelf. Webthere will be probably a detergent vending machine (if not, pick up some from local shop beforehand). Drying will be a seperate big machine, typically you just stick the clothes in and then pay something like 20p for 3 mins of drying. Sometimes you can set how hot it should be (go for the lowest setting if you aren't sure).
