WebFeb 7, 2024 · The Wake County Board of Commissioners took steps forward on two important housing issues today – the 2024 Annual Action Plan and funding for the Bridge to Home program. Both will address the growing affordable housing, homeless services and community development needs of residents in our community. WebCFHI was established 1992 and is considered the gold standard in the field for their ethical approach, unique funding structure, and asset-based community development model. The majority of CFHI programs are offered year round, every month, and are run by local health professionals to provide authentic in-country experiences.
